Municipal Judges are authorized to perform marriage ceremonies any where in Wisconsin. If you would like to inquire about having the Municipal Judge perform a marriage ceremony for you, contact the Municipal Court Clerk at (608) 216-7422.

In order to be married you must have a marriage license issued not more than 30 days before the date of the ceremony. You will also need two adult witnesses at the ceremony.

The Municipal Judge has sample vows or you are welcome to draft your own.
